1. A copy of your personal identification card (Malaysian) or Passport (international media) clearly showing your name and date of birth (no one under 18 will be admitted), and
2. A copy of your press card (Malaysian media) or National Press Card or business card with name, editorial title and media outlet’s logo, and
3. A letter of assignment from a media organisation (on company letterhead) signed by the Publisher/Assignment Editor, Editor-in-chief or Bureau Chief (in PDF or Word format), specifying the name and functional title of the journalist, and stating their role at IVATA’17.

Trade Visitors Admission

The first two (2) days of IVATA’17 exhibition are strictly for trade visitors, Malaysian Government Officials and VIP only. An admission fee is at RM100 per person and is valid for the whole duration of the exhibition. Trade visitor pass offer access not only to the exhibition but also the conference. A complimentary directory will be made available upon arrival at the registration hall.

• Pre-registered trade visitors will receive a confirmation email before the exhibition.
• If you register more than one person, you will need a different E-Mail address for each registration.
